Carved in the Northampton style with raised wing and well aged looking like folk art. Seven inches long with an inserted bill.

Oystercatcher

One of a kind Oystercatcher - a rare species for me. Oak inserted removable bill. Fat body with a carved tail and primary feathers. Fifteen inches long with yellow glass eyes.

Blackneck Stilt

Tall standing bird on copper painted legs. Raised split wings. Aged very little. On carved cedar base. Hardwood inserted bill.

Long Bill Curlew

Measures 21 1/2" long and 10 1/4" tall. Solid construction, two piece bird with removable head. Finely painted with quite some detailing of feathers. This model is the largest of all the shorebirds I make.

Turned Head Yellowleg

Large size yellowleg two piece construction with turned head, raised wing, carved shoulder, oak inserted bill and black shoebutton eyes. With my usual handmade black stand included.
